1. About these terms

2. Using this website

You may browse and use this site for lawful personal purposes. We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order acknowledgement or when payment is taken.

We may decline an order before dispatch — for example if the item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Pricing and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery is not included in the displayed price and is calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and your delivery address.

We take care with pricing, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

6. Delivery

Delivery cost and estimated timing are shown at checkout before payment. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and factors outside our control.

Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched from more than one location and arrive as separate parcels, each with its own tracking. Full detail is on our delivery information page.

7. Your consumer rights

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Returns and refunds

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and photographs. Our returns and refunds page sets out the process. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis where the item is unused and in original packaging. This is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including dimensions and materials. Product photographs are illustrative and colours may appear differently between screens. Where exact sizing matters, rely on the stated measurements rather than the images.

Always supervise pets with new products and follow any assembly, use or care instructions supplied with the item.

10. Availability and cancellation

Product availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a partial dispatch or a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually only cancel before dispatch.

11. Accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your login details secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use this site to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, extract data by automated means without our permission, or submit content that is false, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

13. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, layout, graphics and photographs — is owned by us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

14. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

15. Our liability

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this site or the supply of goods is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
