How delivery is calculated
Delivery cost depends on three things: the size and weight of the product, the destination postcode, and the fulfilment location the item ships from.
Because of this, there is no single flat rate across the catalogue. Larger items such as cat trees cost more to send than flat-packed consumables, and remote postcodes cost more than metropolitan ones.
The exact figure appears at checkout once you enter your address, before any payment is taken.

Your order may arrive separately.
Some items are dispatched from different fulfilment locations. When that happens your order is split, and each parcel is tracked individually. You are not charged twice for delivery.

Why has my order arrived in more than one parcel?
Products in a single order may be prepared from different fulfilment locations. Each parcel is dispatched separately and you receive tracking for each one as it leaves.

Yes. Tracking details are emailed as each parcel is dispatched, and are also available under Orders in your account.
