If something is wrong
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what was described, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy — repair, replacement or refund — consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose the remedy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Get in touch with your order number and we will talk through the options. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging for a change-of-mind return to be considered.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is received and assessed, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional business days to show it.
